Well, we're not going to lie, right now it's complicated to have fishing. It's cold, we spend half the time locked up, night falls early, we have gout in our noses... In short, it's winter, with the little blues shot that goes with it. We should be used to it, but in the end we get caught every time and we can't even do the usually nice things in this season. What can we do to cheer ourselves up?
Already, a little boost wouldn't hurt us. Going for a jog or even just a walk to get some fresh air is a good idea, even if it's not for hours. A little sport doesn't hurt even at home, and if you need motivation, don't hesitate to indulge yourself with a new sports bag !
Also think about eating (or drinking) fruits and vegetables, seasonal if possible, just to fill up on vitamins. We know it's difficult, but winter dishes are not limited to an astronomical amount of melted cheese. ;)
You can also take the opportunity to sort through your belongings, and get rid of that sweater you never put on and that scratches. It's always nice to declutter a little and see more clearly! Why not also replace this bag that has already lived well and take a urban backpack more practical and classier? And then it lifts the spirits to have fun!
We don't know about you, but here we like to be cozy when it's cold. So we took out our super sweatshirts, our best scarves, good socks, and goodbye to negative temperatures! A small bonus for those in telecommuting: it's time to draw your best pilou-pilou and Christmas socks that you don't assume so much on the outside. After all, when you're on video conferencing you don't see any lower than the bust, so why deprive yourself.
