We carefully select all materials and fabrics used in the manufacture of our products. The BODYPACK products are hand made which allows to ensure a level of finish that combines quality and robustness, for all our ranges. However, it can sometimes happen that a manufacturing defect escapades the vigilance of our quality control. That's why we created the Life Warranty." Product Life ".


Thus, Bodypack guarantees its products for manufacturing defects within the limit of normal use and throughout the life of the product defined by Bodypack.

  • Articles from the primary range: 5 year warranty
  • College & Lycée Line Items: 5 Year Warranty

By default all our products are guaranteed 2 years. For all products purchased from 1 January 2019 you can extend the 2-year warranty free of charge to the life we estimate for each of our products, by subscribing to the Product Life guarantee

To activate your guarantee, just register your product on our website within 3 months of your purchase Enable warranty

Failing to activate your warranty, the product will only be guaranteed within the legal limit of 2 years, subject to the conditions set out below.

During the first 3 months, you encounter a manufacturing defect on your backpack, you can just send us an email to sav@bodypack.fr With the following:

  • 2 photos of the bag: 1 picture of the face and 1 photo of the defect
  • Your address and telephone number
  • Your online order number or, if you have purchased in store, a scan of your cash ticket.

We will take care of sending you a replacement bag upon receipt of the items by mail.

Life Warranty Policy at Bodypack:

We undertake to repair or replace, at our discretion, any product presenting a defect in the course of a normal and adequate use, within the limits of the lifetime of the product. Bodypack will not be liable for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of the loss or misuse of the product in question.

The term Life in Bodypack does not refer to the life of the owner but to the life of the product.

If a defect occurs on one of our products while it has been used during its life cycle on a regular basis, then the guarantee will be implemented automatically. Any defects that occur outside the lifetime of the product defined by Bodypack will be considered as time-wear. The guarantee will not be applicable, however, you can consult us to ask us to repair the product, this benefit being paid.

Manufacturing defects appear immediately on new or unused products at the beginning of the life cycle. Each case being different, it belongs to Bodypack, to determine the life cycle of each of our ranges, in order to distinguish between a defect in manufacture and normal wear. In case your product has a manufacturing defect and the warranty applies, Bodypack may choose to repair or replace it for free (with an equivalent bag if your model is no longer in stock/plus product).

We remind you that the Guarantee works on the date of the first purchase and does not renew itself during an exchange or a repair.

Indirect damage: deterioration or loss of contents of the bag, loss of use, loss of time or other similar expenses are not supported. Bodypack offers a 5-year guarantee from the activation of the warranty on our products " Primaire Sacs. This warranty covers manufacturing defects as part of normal use. Bodypack will repair or replace, at its discretion, your product with a defect in the limit of a normal, adequate and fulfilling warranty that excludes normal wear. To be more precise, the warranty covers any defective backpack in terms of materials or manufacturing such as: slide fasteners and its drawers, defective seams, blocked wheels, closed telescopic rod, handle with press button, premature bleaching of the fabric, Tuck closure cartable, trolley backpack.

On the other hand, the guarantee does not cover used wheels, twisted or broken telescopic rods, light castors, damage related to an accident, misuse of the product or abuse (tears, cuts, holes). As well, it does not cover cosmetic damage (grated or scratched fabrics) as well as normal wear, deterioration or theft (broken zipper, damaged straps, scalp or fabric discolouration). In addition, the guarantee does not take into account the damage caused by third parties during transport (buses, planes, trains ...) or their transits (damage ascribed to air pressure, cuts, tears and holes; damage to the protection of the wheels, handles or other equipment of the bag). Bodypack offers a 5-year guarantee from the activation of the warranty on our products " College Sacs & Lycée. This warranty covers manufacturing defects as part of normal use. Bodypack will repair or replace, at its discretion, the product with a defect in the limit of a normal, adequate and fulfilling warranty that excludes normal wear and tear. To be more precise, the warranty covers any defective backpack in terms of materials or manufacturing such as: Closing of slide rails and its bars, defective seams and premature bleaching of the fabric. The warranty also covers the Usb port and its cable on our school technical backpacks as well as the straps.

On the other hand, the guarantee does not cover used wheels, twisted or broken telescopic rods, light castors, damage related to an accident, misuse of the product or abuse (tears, cuts, holes). As well, it does not cover cosmetic damage (grated or scratched fabrics) as well as normal wear, deterioration or theft (broken zipper, damaged straps, scalp or fabric discolouration). In addition, the guarantee does not take into account the damage caused by third parties during transport (buses, planes, trains ...) or their transits (damage ascribed to air pressure, cuts, tears and holes; damage to the protection of the wheels, handles or other equipment of the bag). Bodypack will repair or replace, at its discretion, the product with a defect in the limit of a normal, adequate and fulfilling warranty that excludes normal wear and tear.

To be more precise, the warranty covers any defective products in terms of materials or manufacturing such as: Closure to slide rails and its drawers, defective seams, premature bleaching of the fabric, scalp coating, outer loop straps.

On the other hand, the guarantee does not cover damage related to an accident, misuse of the product or abuse (tears, cuts, holes). As well, it does not cover cosmetic damage (grated or scratched fabrics), worn wheels as well as normal wear, deterioration or theft (broken zipper, damaged straps, scalp or fabric discolouration). Bodypack will repair or replace, at its discretion, the product with a defect in the limit of a normal, adequate and fulfilling warranty that excludes normal wear and tear. To be more precise, the warranty covers any defective products in terms of materials or manufacturing such as: slide fasteners and its drawers, defective seams, premature bleaching of the fabric, scalp coating, suitcase studs, inner net pocket with zipper, handle with press button, clamping straps, blocked telescopic rod but also the TSA security padlock.

On the other hand, the warranty does not cover used wheels, twisted or broken telescopic rods, damage related to an accident, misuse of the product or abuse (tears, cuts, holes). As well, it does not cover cosmetic damage (grated or scratched fabrics) as well as normal wear, deterioration or theft (broken zipper, damaged straps, scalp or fabric discolouration). This warranty covers manufacturing defects as part of normal use. Bodypack will repair or replace, at its discretion, the product with a defect in the limit of a normal, adequate and fulfilling warranty that excludes normal wear and tear.

To be more precise, the warranty covers any defective products in terms of materials or manufacturing such as: Closure to slide rails and its drawers, defective seams, premature bleaching of the fabric, scalp coating, outer loop straps, sports suitcases, grip with pressure button, blocked telescopic rod and the insulated pocket.

On the other hand, the warranty does not cover worn wheels, twisted or broken telescopic cane, damage related to an accident, misuse of the product or abuse (tears, cuts, holes). As well, it does not cover cosmetic damage (grated or scratched fabrics) as well as normal wear, deterioration or theft (broken zipper, damaged straps, scalp or fabric discolouration). In addition, the guarantee does not take into account the damage caused by third parties during transport (buses, planes, trains ...) or their transits (damage ascribed to air pressure, cuts, tears and holes; damage to the protection of the wheels, handles or other equipment of the bag). To be more precise, the warranty covers any defective products in terms of materials or manufacturing such as: Closing of slide rails and its drawers, defective seams, premature bleaching of the fabric, scalp coating, outer loop straps, anti-theft hook, USB port and its cable, and the watertight computer pocket.

On the other hand, the guarantee does not cover damage related to an accident, misuse of the product or abuse (tears, cuts, holes). As well, it does not cover cosmetic damage (grated or scratched fabrics) as well as normal wear, deterioration or theft (broken zipper, damaged straps, scalp or fabric discolouration). In addition, the guarantee does not take into account the damage caused by third parties during transport (buses, planes, trains ...) or their transits (damage ascribed to air pressure, cuts, tears and holes; damage to the protection of the wheels, handles or other equipment of the bag). In order to better analyze the problem you encounter, we need you to return the protected product in a package to our attention. To do this, follow the steps below:

The return charge is the responsibility of the customer. Instead, the replaced or repaired product will be returned to you free of charge from BODYPACK.

The average time is approximately 3 weeks to analyze/repair or return a product. It is possible that this delay will be extended during periods of high attendance.

At Bodypack, we know that sometimes it is hard to separate from what we love! If your product is not or more under Warranty, no panics, we also offer a repair service.
